It was one of those nights… my husband and I laughed so hard we almost cried! Since dementia came into our lives, my television viewing has become somewhat limited to programs that have been viewed so often, they don’t upset or scare me, or are so boring no-one else in the family wants to watch them. Law and Order is one of the regular shows I watch, and have in fact seen almost of all of them thanks to Foxtel. Remembering I have seen them though is another matter, so my ever-patient and understanding husband usually sits with me watching them over and over. Occasionally he hasn’t seen one, so it is a better than usual experience for him. Last night a Law and Order program came on, and I got so excited that I could remember it that I swiftly told the story, from start to finish in about 3 minutes… I looked over only to realise it was one of the few episodes my poor husband had never seen!!!
