This song is soooo lovely and simply beautiful Kate-thank you for sharing it. Just what i need at the moment. My Grandad is continually declining to the point he doesn’t know where he lives now, what nationality he is, and doesn’t really know who i am now-he has also lost lots of weight. Reason? Maybe due to his fall. Finding it very difficult him not knowing who i am really-he is getting closer to going into residential care-my Grandma is finding it very difficult too. I wrote on my walk for Dementia t-shirt my thoughts-a lovely way of expressing them.
