NEW RELEASE: The UN OHCHR has announced the release of the International Principles and Guidelines on access to Justice for persons with disabilities, which is a practical tool to support States in designing and implementing measures to provide equal access to justice for persons with disabilities, in line with international human rights standards.
The publication is a result of consultations and collaboration with disability rights experts, organizations of people with disabilities, States, academics, and many others. It will also be very useful for members of Civil Society to reference, to make sure Member States and others are more accountable.
