OMG, how exciting is this, my first email blog post!!! Or how much I need to get a life some of you might be saying about now?
Not a lot to say for this test blog, other than I’ve left my new email footer up, so you can let me know what you think of it – I’ve tried to make it dementia friendly by adding a photo.
I’ve been to a session on blogging at the SA Writer’s Centre with a uni girlfriend tonight, so might have a few things to report back tomorrow, but for now, this is it.

Food for thought…
The Dalai Lama was asked what surprised him the most.
Man – because he sacrifices his health in order to make money.
Then he sacrifices money to recuperate his health.
And then he is so anxious about the future that he does not enjoy the present,
the result being that he does not live in the present, or the future,
he lives as if he is never going to die and then he dies having never really lived.
