Call me crazy, or demented (??!!), or maybe just plain stupid, but I’ve accepted a new challenge today: 30 poems in thirty days, starting today!
Well, actually I’m only one of those things, but I love new challenges, and find them inspiring, and great fun to participate in, even if I don’t complete the, and if they catch my fancy, then I’m usually hooked. Just ask my dear husband!!
It is called NaPoWriMo or National Poetry Writing Month, an annual project in which participating poets attempt to write a poem a day for the month of April. You can read more about it on my new blog.
Check out my site now; Creating life with words: NaPoWriMo 2013

Good luck. I’m full of admiration. I did NaNoWriMo – the novel-writing version – last November but no way could I come up with 30 poems in 30 days.

Good on you Kate, I’ve signed up too, and I’m hoping to produce … well 30 things that look like poems, anyway! What fun! What madness!
