That’s a really touching video. I’m not sure whether this was their intention but one of the messages I took from this was that we are ALL living with worries and concerns, that patients and staff alike have daily or life-changing problems and issues to contend with, at both personal and professional levels. That mutual respect and care makes life more bearable. Brought a lump to my throat!

I think it was their intention to remind us that often nothing is as it looks… we have problems, but so does everyone else.
