Thanks for sharing Kate life can be a sad sad song if we let it, but there is so much joy and love to be found when you look. I’m just home from an hour with mum and darling little Aspen who had everyone in the nursing home lounge smiling at her antics, funny faces and laughter. Amazing how this little bundle of joy doesn’t see any of the residents dementia or deficits she sees each person as a smiling faces who crave her smile. So much to learn from these non judgemental relationships she shares with beautiful people who don’t need to know her name but share her moments and just be themselves. Right now life is not sad song at all joy is on every face old and very young x
