Thanks Kate for the quote another I like is, “In life people will throw stones on your path, we can chose to use these stones to build either a wall or a bridge.”

I read I am frustrated. I write I am frustrated. I address caregivers, I am frustrated. I look at research I am frustrated. We offer guidance on care but the caregivers are frustrated. Kate where are we going is there a future?
Iβm forever hopeful Norman… and also decided to be thankful occasionally instead of always frustrated (which I used to be most of the time!). Change is hard, and slow; perhaps we wonβt see it in our lifetime but we have to keep trying. Hugs π€
What a coincidence, me too!
