Lesson 3 for me is about Community. The WordPress community is spread around the world, a global community I am thrilled to be a part of it. My day has been overflowing with community, as I participated in the filming of session 4 of an educational documentary about dementia, worked towards a chapter of a book about dementia, and worked on an education pack for school age children. I am immersed in my own community, and look forward to my new WordCamp friends assisting me in using WordPress to make the world a better place. It is a short blog, as my own computer has failed in accessing the internet tonight, and my resolve and ability to fix it has disappeared! My husband may have been able to help, but my busyness today and tonight has sent him on his way to dinner with friends! I want to apologise publicly for being unavailable to him tonight, but do feel my efforts to work for the wider community are valid, and know our week away and our love for each other will restore our own private community.
