Alzheimer’s Australia survey: tell us about your social connections and contact with family

With permission from Alzheimer’s Australia, I am sharing their latest survey:

This year for Dementia Awareness Month we are asking you to tell us about your social connections and contact with family. Please take our anonymous survey by clicking here.https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/DAM2016

It will only take 3-4 minutes. We will publish these results in September, 2016 to raise awareness of dementia.

They also recently highlighted the very important work of Dementia Alliance International in their Dementia News: Introducing Dementia Alliance International where you can read about the support we provide members and the dementia community.

DAI’s online support groups, cafes and events help significantly with creating social connections and beating the isolation a diagnosis of dementia can bring. Anyone with a medically confirmed diagnosis of dementia can join us here…

The only thing missing in this global conversation is YOUR voice... Thank you.
