The benefits of walking

I’ve written a lot about the benefits of walking, and why we need to stop negatively labelling it as wandering, when it is a person with dementia who is walking! The following infographic is an excellent simple outline of why we should all be walking more, and every day, which I found on Facebook. The site it came from provided share options, including on different forms of social media, and included the URL.
