The benefits of walking

I’ve written a lot about the benefits of walking, and why we need to stop negatively labelling it as wandering, when it is a person with dementia who is walking! The following infographic is an excellent simply outline of why we should all be walking more, and every day, which I found on Facebook, and thought it would be helpful to share here. The site it came from provided share options, including on different forms of social media, and included the URL, so I’m really hoping it is ok to add here.
